Using the latest PPG DBC paint system in our state-of-the-art facility, our solvent-based paints can restore and re-colour panels to perfect order and authentically finish marquee restorations in their original or new color.

Primer protection, PPG epoxy
Duraglass of lead seams and seam sealing
Uniform foundation creation by using a high build 2k primer, best 3M body filler, and strategic and systematic sanding
Complete coverage of vehicle including backsides and undersides
Partial mock-up: checking door gaps, trim, weather seals, and other pieces
Epoxy primer-sealer
Base and clear coating - either OEM color choices or a Custom creation.

Finish levels including:

OE factory correct 

Show quality cut and buffed to mirror quality

Undercoating
Trunk spatter
Striping and graphics 

Paint ROM

Level 3: 200-400 hours
Level 2: 600-900 hours
Level 1: 1,000-1,500 hours

Level 3: 200-400 hours
Level 2: 600-900 hours
Level 1: 1,000-1,500 hours
