Double Nickle Ranch Project - Restoration has a way of merging yesterday and today. The owner of this project shares he remembers a time when he did not have two nickels to rub together to make, but by God’s grace life has changed. So this is a car that on the one hand has no expense spared, but on the other hand a really practical build approach. The car arrived as a “restoration rescue” with what was believed to be a completed chassis and completed metal work… The rescue turned into a complete restoration to ensure quality. Chassis features bags and Ford 9 inch, engine compartment featured the latest “retro” performance advancements, goal of the interior was modern-classical elegance but the paint scheme was over the top ppg vibrancy collection to ensure that one of a kind appearance.  It was our pleasure to deliver this project to the picturesque  double Nickle Ranch. Funny story, the client drove the car to church one day and everyone came out to see the car, so the Pastor stated, “please don’t bring that car back to church… so I can have a congregation”.

The revival of this timeless classic Jeep is one for Hollywood. This Jeep was originally purchased as a weekender vehicle to roam the Texas Countryside. However, as life goes those dreams slowed down with the illness of his wife. Over time, his wife always told him to get the Jeep rolling again. As she got sicker, the Jeep project rolled further down the list of things to do. As each year passed, his wife begged him to get the Jeep restored. As life would have it, his wife passed away and the Jeep was still in the garage covered with dust and memories. The client’s goal was to retore the Jeep to fulfill a promise he made to his wife of restoring this timeless classic and to make new memories along
the way.
